Introduction
I graduated from Tallinn Health Care College with a degree in nursing in 2019. During my studies, I completed an international placement in Slovenia. I also volunteered as an auxiliary police officer with the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board, where I completed several tactical training programmes.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various hospitals across Estonia, as well as in dental care and primary healthcare. In addition to my clinical work, I have several years of experience as a Head Nurse, where I have been responsible for team leadership, operational management and the coordination of healthcare services.
