General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Healthcare Services

Meliva AS’s General Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services apply to all agreements for the provision of healthcare and health services entered into between Meliva AS and its clients.
The General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Agreement between Meliva and the Client. Meliva’s internal regulations or other rules, as well as any agreements between the Parties, also form an integral part of the Agreement.
