We issue the following medical certificates:

  • Medical certificate for motor vehicle drivers (Group 1)
  • Medical certificate for motor vehicle drivers (Group 2)
  • Medical certificate including chest X-ray examination
  • Medical certificate including chest X-ray examination and complete blood count (CBC)
  • Medical certificate including complete blood count (CBC)
  • We also provide specialised medical examinations and certificates for:
  • Seafarers (initial medical certificate; excluding Norway and the Netherlands)
  • Seafarers (periodic medical certificate; excluding Norway and the Netherlands)
  • Security personnel (Groups 1 and 2)

What types of medical certificates does Meliva issue?

We issue a wide range of medical certificates required for different professions and occupations, including certificates for drivers, seafarers, security personnel, rescue workers, divers and other regulated professions.

What happens if an employee does not meet the health requirements?

In such cases, the physician will provide recommendations for further action. If necessary, the employee may be referred for additional examinations or consultations.

How can employers keep track of certificate validity and renewal dates?

We provide employers with an overview of certificate validity periods and send reminders about expiring decisions, helping ensure that examinations and renewals are arranged in a timely manner.
