How to prepare for your appointment
- Bring your ID card or another form of identification.
- Make sure your previous health data (e.g., diagnoses, medications, test results) are available in the national e-Health Portal, or bring the results with you to the appointment.
- Think about any questions you would like to ask the doctor.
- If you use them, bring your glasses or contact lenses.
- Avoid coffee, energy drinks, and smoking before your visit, as they can affect your blood pressure and other results.
What to expect during your appointment

A nurse will measure your weight and height, take your blood pressure, and perform other necessary tests.

We will perform laboratory tests if needed.
Doctor’s decision and consultation

For certain health problems, we may refer you for additional tests or a specialist consultation before the health certificate can be issued.
