When to see a specialist

A remote appointment is the best solution for patients whose health issue does not necessarily require a physical consultation. You can contact the Digital Clinic for a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns:

  • Cold symptoms: questions related to fever, a runny nose, cough, or the flu.
  • Child’s illness: a child’s acute illness, fever, skin rashes, eye infections, etc. (applies only to private clients).
  • Mental health concerns: In the Digital Clinic, you can get initial advice from a doctor and, if necessary, a referral to a mental health specialist.
  • Sexual health: sexually transmitted diseases, contraceptives, erectile dysfunction.
  • Eye symptoms: eye infections, allergic symptoms.
  • Stomach problems: diarrhoea, vomiting.
  • Women’s bladder infection: frequent or painful urination, a burning sensation during urination.
  • Allergy symptoms: watery runny nose, nasal congestion, itching of the nose and eyes, redness of the eyes, tearing, and sneezing.
  • Skin symptoms: rash, acne, skin inflammation, nail diseases.
  • Insect bites: tick and insect bites, other skin irritations.
  • Sick leave and care leave certificates: If necessary, it is possible to open short sick leave and care leave certificates in the Digital Clinic.
  • Prescription renewal: continuing treatment if it has been problem-free and the patient has attended the necessary scheduled check-ups (prescriptions for psychotropic drugs are not renewed).

Additionally, in Digikliinik’s digital reception, you can book, change, and cancel appointment times. Consultations with customer support take place via written chat.

Start a chat

Start a chat with the Digital Clinic doctor. Describe your symptoms and answer the doctor’s questions. If you wish, you can also send pictures to support your descriptions. Doctor consultations are conducted through written communication.
