When to see a specialist
A remote appointment is the best solution for patients whose health issue does not necessarily require a physical consultation. You can contact the Digital Clinic for a wide range of acute and chronic health concerns:
- Cold symptoms: questions related to fever, a runny nose, cough, or the flu.
- Child’s illness: a child’s acute illness, fever, skin rashes, eye infections, etc. (applies only to private clients).
- Mental health concerns: In the Digital Clinic, you can get initial advice from a doctor and, if necessary, a referral to a mental health specialist.
- Sexual health: sexually transmitted diseases, contraceptives, erectile dysfunction.
- Eye symptoms: eye infections, allergic symptoms.
- Stomach problems: diarrhoea, vomiting.
- Women’s bladder infection: frequent or painful urination, a burning sensation during urination.
- Allergy symptoms: watery runny nose, nasal congestion, itching of the nose and eyes, redness of the eyes, tearing, and sneezing.
- Skin symptoms: rash, acne, skin inflammation, nail diseases.
- Insect bites: tick and insect bites, other skin irritations.
- Sick leave and care leave certificates: If necessary, it is possible to open short sick leave and care leave certificates in the Digital Clinic.
- Prescription renewal: continuing treatment if it has been problem-free and the patient has attended the necessary scheduled check-ups (prescriptions for psychotropic drugs are not renewed).
