Introduction
I mainly work with anxiety and mood disorders. I also consider family and relationship-related topics to be important, as relationships have a significant impact on our health and wellbeing. My areas of interest include positive psychology, self-development, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. In my work as a psychologist, I integrate different therapeutic approaches and consider it important to take each person’s individuality and needs into account. I always strive to understand what would be most helpful for the client at that particular moment.
