Introduction

My focus is on supporting mental wellbeing and preventing mental health difficulties in the workplace. I provide support to both employees and employers in the prevention of work-related stress and burnout, addressing topics related to workload, motivation, job satisfaction, and workplace relationships. I consider it important to create a safe and understanding environment where clients feel comfortable discussing the issues that matter to them. I work both individually and with groups and use evidence-based methods in my practice.
