Introduction
I have always been fascinated by the human inner world and the way the mind works. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) offers me an evidence-based framework for understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, while also supporting meaningful and conscious change. In my work with clients, I consider it important to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship where it is possible to collaboratively find suitable solutions and new coping strategies. I believe that everyone is capable of developing new skills and approaches that can help them experience greater wellbeing and enjoyment in life.
