Introduction
I am particularly interested in ADHD, autism, trauma recovery, and the emotional impact of cancer. I consider it important to create a safe and trusting space where people can share their thoughts and feelings and develop a better understanding of themselves. For me, the most important part of counselling is not providing ready-made answers, but helping clients find solutions and greater confidence that feel right for them personally. In addition to individual counselling, I am also interested in creative approaches to self-care, such as art.
