Introduction

I graduated from the University of Tartu with a degree in psychology and am currently continuing my studies in the professional training year for counselling psychologists under the supervision of Inga Ignatieva. I work as a psychologist at Meliva and as a counsellor at the Social Insurance Board. In my work, I encounter a wide range of mental health and everyday life challenges, including mood and anxiety disorders, burnout, ADHD, self-harm, and relationship-related difficulties. In addition to my professional training, I have completed an introductory course in family therapy.
