Introduction
My professional journey has been varied, including work with both adults in prison and children and adolescents. I have encountered complex cases and supported clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns. Several years of experience in organisational psychology have strengthened my systematic and structured thinking, helping me identify possible solutions.
One of my favourite areas is emotion regulation. In my bachelor’s and master’s theses, I studied reappraisal and acceptance techniques. I consider these skills important for maintaining emotional balance and making changes in life. In my work, I value flexibility, a strong therapeutic relationship and an individual approach.
