I consider it important to raise awareness of mental health–related topics. I have delivered lectures, workshops, and training sessions for children, young people, and adults.
My areas of interest include burnout, work- and relationship-related challenges, anxiety, stress, and many other topics. I believe that no concern is too small and that finding solutions together can make coping easier. I look forward to supporting you.
