Introduction
My main areas of work include anxiety and mood disorders, stress, and burnout. I also work with topics related to health psychology, crisis, psychological trauma, gambling addiction, and difficulties associated with ADHD. My previous musical education and experience as a music teacher have given me a strong understanding of performance and stage anxiety. Both musicians and people from other fields who struggle with performance anxiety are welcome to counselling.
