Introduction

In my work, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel able to share the issues that matter most to them and explore them together with me.

I consider continuous personal and professional development an essential part of my work. I have completed several professional training programmes and courses, including foundational training in cognitive behavioural therapy and an introductory course in mindfulness and self-care skills. I also regularly participate in supervision to further develop my professional practice.

I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in psychology from the University of Tartu. During my master’s studies, I specialised in clinical psychology, and I am currently working towards obtaining a professional qualification as a clinical psychologist. Previously, I worked as an online counsellor at Lahendus.net, where I also served as Human Resources Manager.

At Meliva, I work with adults. My particular areas of interest include anxiety, stress and low mood, as well as a variety of other concerns.
