Issuing a Vaccination Pass
A vaccination pass gathers all your immunisation records into a single document. We will review your data, administer any necessary vaccinations, and issue a certificate for you to use when travelling, or for your employer or school — in both Estonian and English.
When is a vaccination certificate or an international vaccination certificate required?
- You need an International Certificate of Vaccination (the “”yellow pass””) for travel, including proof of yellow fever vaccination.
- You need a vaccination certificate for your employer (e.g., in healthcare, education, or food services).
- You need proof of immunisation for a school, kindergarten, or sports club.
- Your previous vaccination pass has been lost or damaged and you need a duplicate.
- You need the certificate in English or in two languages.
Common reasons for consultation
- Your vaccination records are missing or incomplete. If you are unsure when or which vaccines you have received, we can help clarify your records and add the information to your certificate.
- Your travel destination requires a specific certificate. Many countries require proof of yellow fever or other vaccinations; we will check the requirements and prepare the necessary document.
- Your employer or educational institution requires proof of immunisation. We issue certificates for required vaccines (e.g., MMR, diphtheria-tetanus, hepatitis).
- You need proof of COVID-19 vaccination. We can help issue the EU digital COVID-19 certificate and a paper copy if needed.
- You have had an allergic reaction to a vaccine. A doctor will assess any contraindications, recommend alternatives, and, if necessary, issue a certificate for a medical exemption.
- You have questions about pregnancy or a chronic illness. We can advise on which vaccines and certificates are suitable and how to document your condition for your destination country or employer.
How to prepare for your appointment
- Bring your ID card or another form of identification.
- Gather all your existing vaccination records (e.g., vaccination card, medical history, digital health record printout).
- If the pass is for travel, write down your travel plans (destination, dates).
- If the pass is for work or study, bring the requirements from your employer or educational institution.
- Think about the main questions and goals you have for the visit.
