Meliva Kvartal Clinic is located in the heart of Tartu, at Riia 2. We offer a wide range of specialist medical care and various diagnostic tests.
Our specialists include a gynaecologist, midwife, urologist, gastroenterologist, general surgeon, neurologist, rheumatologist, dermatologist, and clinical psychologist. We also perform various tests, such as ultrasound, fetal ultrasound, and echocardiography. Appointments for most specialist consultations can be booked without a referral. For diagnostic tests, you can come with a referral from your family doctor or as a private patient.

The clinic is located on the first floor of Kvartal shopping centre at Riia Street 2.
When arriving on foot, the clinic can be accessed by walking along the ramp behind the Riia mnt bus stop.
Parking
Parking spaces are available for convenient parking in the Kvartal center, located on two underground floors (P1 and P2). The parking garage can be accessed from both Turu Street and Soola Street. The exit from the parking garage leads to Soola Street.
Parking Fees: The first hour of parking is free (valid from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM). Each subsequent started hour costs €2. Payment: Parking can be paid for with both cash and bank card at the Kvartal center’s payment machines. Payment machines are located next to the travelators on the P1 parking level and next to the elevators on the P1 and P2 levels.
When arriving by car, the most convenient way to access the clinic is through the Kvartal center’s parking lot, using the entrance marked “PÄÄS 1”.

The nearest bus stops are located directly in front of Kvartal shopping centre on Riia Street:

Is the clinic accessible by wheelchair or with a baby stroller?
The clinic is located on the first floor of the building. Access is via a ramp on the Riia Street side of Kvartal shopping centre, behind the bus stops. This provides easy access for both wheelchair and baby stroller users.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid form of identification (ID card, passport, or driving licence), as well as any previous test results and a list of your current medications, if available.

Under our agreement with the Estonian Health Insurance Fund, we offer appointments with gynaecologists and midwives. Psychiatric consultations funded by the Estonian Health Insurance Fund are available at our Põlva Clinic at Käisi 1a.
