Dagmar Rahula

Sports and performance psychologist

Dagmar Rahula

Introduction

I support athletes and people in other performance-oriented fields, such as artists, leaders and entrepreneurs, in fulfilling their potential and maintaining their mental well-being. I welcome young people aged 12 and over and adults from all fields and levels of experience.

I work with both recreational and elite athletes, as well as anyone who wishes to develop their psychological skills and achieve their goals.

I believe that mental strength does not mean having to be strong all the time. It means being able to recognise what is happening, adapt and act purposefully, even in challenging situations. Every person is unique, with their own background, experiences and goals, and I believe the best results come from working together. Together, we will find ways to support your development, well-being and progress towards your goals.
