Meliva Digikliinik remote consultations now available at Südameapteek
From July, Meliva's Digikliinik is partnering with Südameapteek. In every Südameapteek pharmacy across Estonia, pharmacists will be ready to guide customers through using Meliva's Digikliinik. Through Digikliinik, customers can conveniently get a doctor's advice for a health concern or renew a prescription, via a remote consultation.
When should you book a Digikliinik doctor’s consultation?
- Cold symptoms – fever, runny nose, cough, questions related to flu or COVID-19.
- A child falling ill – acute illness in a child, fever, skin rashes, eye infections, and similar.
- Sexual health – sexually transmitted infections, contraception, erectile dysfunction.
- Eye symptoms – eye infections, allergy symptoms.
- Stomach issues – diarrhoea, vomiting.
- Bladder infections in women – frequent or painful urination, a burning sensation when urinating.
- Allergy symptoms – watery runny nose, nasal congestion, itchy nose and eyes, red eyes, watery eyes, and sneezing.
- Skin symptoms – rashes, acne, skin inflammation, nail conditions.
- Insect bites – tick and insect bites, other skin irritations.
- Prescription renewal – continuing treatment that’s been progressing without issues, provided the patient has attended any necessary scheduled check-ups (prescriptions for psychotropic medications cannot be renewed this way).
