I have worked as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist in various mental health institutions. In addition to clinical work, I have also been involved in mental health leadership, supervision, and training. Professionally, I have completed further training in several psychotherapy approaches, including psychoanalytic, Jungian, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy.
