Introduction
I believe it is important to understand each person as a whole and to create a safe and supportive environment. Together with a psychologist, clients can explore and reflect on their experiences and inner world, helping them gain a better understanding of themselves.
Clients are welcome to seek support for a variety of mental health concerns and difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, stress and relationship problems. I also support people in coping with life changes and challenging life events. I provide psychological counselling both individually and with the involvement of family members and loved ones.
I work with adults and adolescents, as well as children from the age of six. When working with children, I use playful and creative activities and consider cooperation with parents an important part of the process.
I am currently completing training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I have also completed foundational training in cognitive behavioural therapy and various courses in acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, family therapy and psychological assessment.
