Introduction
In my work, I follow the principle that each person is the expert of their own life, and I believe that a trusting collaborative relationship is the foundation of a successful counselling process. I feel most comfortable working with anxiety and mood disorders, addiction, and anger management, but I am also happy to support clients with a wide range of other concerns.
