Introduction
My main areas of work include anxiety, depression, addiction disorders, burnout, self-esteem, and motivation. I also work with topics such as mental resilience and performance anxiety, particularly supporting people who operate in high-pressure performance environments, such as athletes and performers.
As a psychologist, I help people better understand both their inner world and the external factors influencing them, while also finding resources and strategies to cope with challenges more effectively.
