I continuously develop my professional knowledge through training, supervision, and professional literature. I am a member of the Attention, Brain and Cognition research group at the University of Tartu Institute of Psychology, and I consider evidence-based practice to be an important part of my work. You are welcome to seek support for concerns related to depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and burnout. I am also ready to listen and provide support with a wide range of other mental health–related topics.
