Introduction
What interests me most about psychology is the opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth, which is why I regularly develop my knowledge through professional literature, supervision, and training.
I am interested in working with issues related to low mood, anxiety, stress, motivation, self-esteem, and a variety of other topics. I believe that effective counselling is built on a trusting relationship and an empathetic, safe therapeutic environment. When working with children, I also consider collaboration with parents to be highly valuable.
