Introduction
I have long-term experience in occupational health, aviation, maritime, and travel medicine, and for years I have also contributed to teaching healthcare and natural sciences. In addition to clinical work, I am involved in developing occupational health processes and professional training. In my doctoral thesis, I investigated the possibilities of using EEG-based metrics for the early detection of depression symptoms in occupational health. The doctoral thesis was the first to address the potential of using EEG for the early detection of mental stress and depression in employees in occupational health.
