Sirle Roots

I am a trainer, supervisor-coach, and mental health specialist whose work focuses on the development of individuals and organizations. I have experience in conducting trainings, supervisions, and coaching, and in supporting people in coping with both professional and personal challenges. In my work, I focus on promoting cooperation, a development-supporting work culture, and conscious leadership. In addition to the field of mental health and development work, I have a background in marketing and event management, which helps me view organizations holistically from the perspective of people, processes, and the work environment.
