Introduction
I have worked as a psychiatrist in various healthcare institutions for more than 30 years. In my work, I encounter a wide range of mental health concerns and psychiatric disorders. In addition to clinical practice, I have also worked as a lecturer in psychiatry. Professionally, I have completed training in several psychotherapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Gestalt therapy, psychodrama, and solution-focused brief therapy.
