Placing an order

To produce high-quality work, we require detailed information and an accurate impression. Please also review the applicable turnaround times.

Production process

We offer fully digital and traditional dental laboratory solutions, from design to the completed product.

  1. Place an order

    Complete the order form and send it together with the impression to your chosen laboratory. Digital impressions taken with a 3Shape or Medit intraoral scanner can be sent directly to our Tallinn or Tartu dental laboratory through the scanner platform. In all other cases, please send the files by email.

  2. We clarify the details if necessary

    If any information is missing, we will contact you for further details.

  3. We manufacture the product

    Our experienced dental technicians will create a solution tailored to your needs.

  4. We deliver the product

    We will deliver the completed product to you.

  5. We issue the invoice

    We will send you an invoice for the completed work.

Information required to complete the order

If insufficient information is provided, the order will be placed on hold at the dental laboratory until all the details required to continue the work have been received. The completion date will be postponed by the length of the waiting period. We can begin work as soon as we have received all the necessary information.

Sending digital impressions

Our Tallinn dental laboratories accept digital impressions taken with 3Shape and Medit intraoral scanners directly through the scanner platform. In all other cases, digital impressions can be submitted by email.

The Pärnu and Tartu dental laboratory does not accept digital impressions.

Turnaround times

Please allow the time periods specified below for the completion of each type of work. These turnaround times do not include transport.

If the product needs to be transported from one city to another, please allow up to two additional working days. The time required for any try-in stages must also be added to the turnaround times shown in the table.

Do you accept urgent orders?

By prior arrangement, we can carry out denture repairs on an expedited basis when necessary.

Does your work come with a warranty?

Our work is covered by a warranty in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions.

How are collection and delivery arranged?

Within Tallinn and Tartu, the transport of impressions from the clinic to the laboratory is arranged by the laboratory and is free of charge to the client. To request a courier to collect an impression, please contact the relevant laboratory by telephone or email. Delivery of laboratory-fabricated products to clinics is free of charge throughout Estonia.
