Meliva is looking for a Head Physician of Primary Care to join our team
We're looking for a Head Physician of Primary Care, responsible for developing clinical services and actively contributing to the creation of new ones.
You’ll be our key contact in working with Tervisekassa (the Estonian Health Insurance Fund) and other national stakeholders, providing day-to-day support to primary care physicians, advising them on workflow and organisation, helping with recruitment and onboarding, and taking responsibility for the quality of care. You’ll also represent and be a spokesperson for Meliva in the field of primary healthcare.

Your commitment matters to us
We’re looking for someone with a medical degree and experience in organising primary care work. You’ll need the drive and confidence to build new solutions, lead and mentor colleagues, and a willingness to travel regularly, mainly to Tallinn and Tartu. Excellent Estonian and English are required; conversational Russian is an advantage.
