When is the service needed?

An employee or team has experienced a crisis, such as violence, conflict, or a shocking incident. -
Difficult change
The organisation is undergoing a difficult change, such as layoffs, resulting in a strong emotional response. -
Improving coping skills
Employees are experiencing acute stress reactions, shock, or difficulties coping with the situation. -
Supporting leaders
A manager needs support in leading through a crisis and supporting employees. -
Traumatic event
A workplace accident, sudden death, or other traumatic event has occurred.
What’s included?
- Crisis intervention is organised according to the nature and urgency of the situation.
- The service can be provided on-site or online, although face-to-face meetings are preferred.
- We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure timely support for employees.
- We aim to provide crisis counselling within 72 hours of being notified, depending on the nature and severity of the situation.
- The urgency of the intervention is assessed through crisis triage, taking into account the circumstances of the event and the emotional, cognitive, and behavioural impact on those involved.
- By mutual agreement, the first meeting may take place up to two weeks after the event.

How quickly can crisis support be arranged?
We aim to provide crisis counselling within 72 hours of notification, depending on the nature and severity of the situation. By mutual agreement, the first meeting may take place within two weeks of the event.
Is crisis intervention provided on-site or online?
Face-to-face meetings are preferred, but counselling can also be arranged by phone or video call when appropriate.
Do employees need to participate in group sessions?
Crisis counselling can be provided individually or in groups, depending on the situation and needs.

Yes. Employee privacy is protected, and all information is handled confidentially.
