Myofunctional therapist

Triin Kaldur

Introduction

No online booking for this specialist.

I am a myofunctional therapist with a background in physiotherapy (PhD, movement and sports sciences); the therapy provided is aimed at correcting the functions of the muscles in the facial and oral area. The main reasons for seeking treatment are related to mouth breathing / lack of correct lip contact at rest, infantile swallowing patterns, or the presence of bad oral habits. I have long-term clinical experience with children, adolescents, and adults. The Health Insurance Fund compensates for myofunctional therapy services provided to children and adolescents if a dentist or orthodontist has issued a referral.
