Introduction
As a physiotherapist, my special interest is occupational health physiotherapy and supporting the health of office workers. I consider a preventive approach important—problems associated with forced postures and a sedentary lifestyle can largely be avoided with proper ergonomics and conscious movement. I help patients who experience musculoskeletal ailments; overuse or trauma problems related to sports, the need for post-joint replacement rehabilitation (including hip or knee replacement), as well as people of all ages who wish to improve or promote their general physical fitness, mobility, and quality of life.
