Introduction
As a urologist, I deal with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the male urinary and reproductive organs, and female urinary organs. Most often, men come to me for high PSA, sexual problems, testicular pain, or urination difficulties — and I encourage them to do so sooner rather than later. Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor among men aged 50 in Estonia, but it is also highly treatable if detected in time. I recommend that men visit a urologist for the first time already at the age of 35–40.
Professionally, I have furthered my education in the diagnosis and treatment of urological cancers, which is also my primary interest. As a urologist, I can also help with various other surgical problems – for example, if the foreskin has become tight, there is a skin change in that area, or simply a desire to perform a vasectomy.
