Introduction

I came to physiotherapy as a second profession—I found relief for my complaints resulting from forced postures through movement and regular exercise, and this prompted me to learn more about the field. What interests me most is musculoskeletal physiotherapy: anatomy, the interaction of bony and soft tissue structures, overuse, and recovery from trauma. I am happy when I can motivate people to move more diversely or, conversely, help them take breaks at the right time.
