Physicians who work for us under an employment contract have a specific budget for training courses. Regardless of the specialty, professional experiences can always be exchanged with specialists from our parent company Mehiläinen Group in Finland and it is also possible to work there.
Motivational package that promotes health
Our staff has access to the Health Plan package containing all the health services offered by Meliva that enables employees to go to specialised physicians' appointments at the regular or digital clinic and use dental services. As another option, our employees can use the Stebby sports allowance.
Flexible remuneration system
Our remuneration system depends on the contribution, competencies, and area of expertise of our employees and we offer a flexible remuneration model. Performance pay may be part of the salary depending on a person's role and professional contribution.
