Payment is made on site in cash or by card. Patients are served on the basis of a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license). For paid appointments, a visit fee of €20 is added to the specialist’s consultation fee; this fee is already included in the price of the respective service in the price list. Please note that if a paid appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or in the case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee in accordance with the current price list.
