Here you will find the warranty conditions that apply to our products, so that you can clearly understand when the dental laboratory is responsible for repairing or replacing the product and when the customer has to pay for the repair.

- Ceramic and zirconia restorations – 2 years
- PMMA – 6 months
The warranty does not apply in cases where:
- The impression does not meet the requirements and we have informed the client of this, but the work has been carried forward at the client's request.
- The majority of the masticatory force is applied to anterior crowns and the patient has not used a mouthguard.
- The extensive ceramic restorations on the upper and lower jaw are in contact with each other and the patient has not regularly used a night guard to prevent the ceramic from fracturing.
- The prosthesis has been adjusted to below the minimum allowable thickness of the material.
- The prosthesis was dropped or broken when placed in the mouth.
- The prosthesis has been lost.
- The prosthesis has been damaged by trauma or external factors.
- The prosthesis has been adjusted or repaired by another institution or person.
NB! The warranty is valid if the broken or defective product is returned to the laboratory or a photograph of the defective product is sent to the laboratory within the warranty period. If the product is not returned to the dental laboratory and we need to order parts to make a new piece that could otherwise have been removed from the original piece and reused, we will invoice you for these parts.
