The Digital Clinic has helped more than 90% of patients who used it and is the easiest way for employees to book appointments and receive health-related advice remotely.

Patients who choose a consultation in the Digital Clinic will receive a reply from a family or general physician within no later than 10 minutes, but on average within 3 minutes. No booking is required for a remote appointment.

Physicians are available in the Digital Clinic 7 days a week:

• Mon–Fri at 08:00–20:00
• Sat–Sun and during holidays at 09:00–16:00
