Content of the training course:

The course gives an overview of psychosocial risk factors in the working environment, how to prevent them, and how to assess risks arising from psychosocial risk factors.

Training course 2: Prevention of workplace violence
  • What is and what is not workplace violence (workplace bullying, discrimination, harassment)?
  • Causes of workplace violence and its consequences for the victim and the organisation.
  • How to prevent workplace violence, where to seek help, and things everyone can do.

Content of the training course:

The training course provides knowledge on what workplace violence is (including physical and mental workplace violence and workplace violence inside and outside the organisation) and how to recognise it. It gives an overview of the causes of bullying and its impact on the victim and bystanders. Practical solutions for preventing and solving situations are provided.

  • How can everyone contribute to a collaborative work environment?

Training description:
The training provides knowledge on how to recognize workplace bullying and maintain a collaborative work environment. Practical solutions are offered for preventing and resolving such situations.

Training course 4. FROM UNDISCUSSED EXPECTATIONS AND UNRESOLVED CONFLICTS TO PERCEIVED WORKPLACE BULLYING — HOW TO RECOGNIZE AND PREVENT IT?
  • Expectations and conflicts
  • What is and what is not workplace bullying?
  • Finding common ground, establishing behavioral agreements, and giving non-judgmental feedback
  • Group work: analyzing cases and finding solutions (if the session lasts 90 minutes)

Training description:
Everyone has expectations — toward colleagues, family members, and everyone we collaborate with in one way or another. But how aware are we of mutual expectations, and are others' expectations aligned with ours? Unspoken expectations can become a source of conflict, impacting the internal climate of the entire team.
