When to contact a physician in the Digital Clinic for consultation?
A remote appointment is the best solution for patients whose health-related questions do not necessarily require a physical consultation. You can contact the Digital Clinic for various acute and chronic health issues, such as:
- Cold symptoms – questions related to fever, runny nose, cough, the flu, or COVID-19.
- Mental health issues – the general or family physician of the Digital Clinic will provide primary advice and refer you to a mental health specialist’s appointment, if necessary.
- Sexual health – STDs, contraceptives, erectile dysfunction.
- Eye symptoms – eye infection, allergy symptoms.
- Digestive issues – diarrhoea, vomiting.
- UTI in women – frequent or painful urination, burning sensation when urinating.
- Allergy symptoms – runny nose, nasal congestion, itchiness in the nose and eyes, eye redness, tear secretion, and sneezing.
- Skin symptoms – rash, acne, skin infection, nail diseases.
- Insect bites – tick and insect bites, other skin irritations.
- Certificates – short-term certificates for sick leave and care leave can be opened in the Digital Clinic.
- Prescription extension – continuing with treatment if there have been no issues and the patient has gone to the necessary check-ups (prescriptions of psychotropic medicines will not be extended).
