Massage manipulates soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments), improving muscle metabolism and circulation. The selection of massage methods depends on the customer’s issue, aiming to reduce muscle tensions, increase muscle tone, improve metabolism and blood and lymphatic circulation, relieve pain, etc. The massage procedure lasts either 30 or 60 minutes.
Please note that the massage duration displayed in the self-service environment also includes preparations for the procedure. For example, when booking a 30-minute massage, the time displayed is 40 minutes.
