I have always been fascinated by the inner world of a person – how the psyche works, what can disturb its balance, and what opportunities exist to support recovery or prevent difficulties. Cognitive-behavioral therapy has provided me with an evidence-based and supportive framework that helps to understand the functioning of the inner world and to guide changes consciously and purposefully. In my work with clients, I consider it central to create a safe and trusting collaborative relationship – it is precisely in such a relationship that it is possible to jointly reach the essence of problems and move towards solutions at a suitable pace. I believe that meaningful changes can be achieved through cooperation, and everyone has the ability to acquire new skills and approaches that help to enjoy life more.
