Professional Interests and Courses:

I have two major interests in very different fields: pediatrics and aesthetic medicine. Within pediatrics, I am also interested in child psychiatry (ADHD and other mental health disorders). In aesthetic medicine, I have completed training for botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers. Additionally, I am interested in further training in laser procedures, especially for scar treatment.

Professional Memberships

  • Estonian Junior Family Doctors

Meliva provides primary care by family doctors and general practitioners. A family doctor is a specialist with specific training in family medicine. A general practitioner is a registered specialist with medical training. Patients of all ages may consult family and general practitioners for a wide range of health concerns. If necessary, the doctor can refer patients for blood tests, investigations, or to a suitable specialist for specific health problems.

Common Reasons to See a Family or General Practitioner:

  • Infections (e.g., conjunctivitis, urinary tract infection; initial consultation for acute respiratory infections in Digiklinik)
  • Treatment and monitoring of chronic illnesses (e.g., hypertension, diabetes)
  • Preventive health check-ups (consultations for planning and interpreting tests)
  • Health certificate issuance (e.g., driver’s medical certificate)
