Training courses on mental health

We help employers find appropriate solutions for achieving and maintaining good mental health of their employees. The training courses can be ordered as internal training on a variety of topics.

The Meliva short training courses on mental health are held either as online courses (MS Teams) or face-to-face courses.

  • Online courses are conducted in real time over video (MS Teams) and participants can ask questions in the chat window or they will receive a form prior to the training course where they can ask questions anonymously. The instructors will respond to the questions at the end of the training course.
  • Face-to-face courses are conducted on-site at the company.

The content of the courses will be adapted based on the format of the course and the needs of the customer. The training courses are intended for everyone, from managers to employees, and the focus of the training will be tailored to the target group determined by the customer.

The time of the training will be agreed on and all training courses can be ordered with the duration of 1 hour (60 minutes) or 1.5 hours (90 minutes).

VAT will be added to the price. Transport fees will be added to the price outside Tallinn.

Riina focuses on training and assessing the psychosocial risks in the working environment. She also counsels employees and employers in matters related to maintaining mental health and preventing problems.

Pia Pedanik

Pia is an occupational and organisational psychologist and instructor. Her professional experience includes assessment of psychosocial risk factors and counselling of employees and employers.

Aleksei Norden

Practising psychologist, group psychotherapist, and adult educator. Lecturer at the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences and partner to training organisations.
