Training course 1: Work stress, its consequences, and possibilities for intervention

  • What is stress? Myths and reality.
  • Mechanisms of stress development, distress and eustress.
  • Consequences of long-term stress
  • Possibilities for intervention. Coping model and strategies for stress.

Content of the training course: The course provides an overview of what stress is and what its development mechanisms are. It also teaches to recognise the warning signs of stress (in oneself and colleagues), cope with stress, and choose the most appropriate coping strategy.

Training course 2: Stop feeding the flame – warning signs and prevention of burnout

  • Definition of burnout;
  • Factors that promote burnout;
  • Recognising the signs of burnout in oneself and colleagues;
  • Practical ways of preventing and recovery from burnout on the company and employee level.
