Physiotherapy is a form of rehabilitation that takes a personalised approach, where the individual is treated as a whole, and the most effective intervention methods are selected. A physiotherapist can help with musculoskeletal pain and restrictions caused by overload or traumas, in preparation for and recovery from surgery, and treatment and prevention of sports injuries.
